Verified Purchase

We are really pleased with our light and as you can see it looks lovely.
The delivery took a bit longer than we expected, but lockdown had only just started.
My only gripe was - it is stated that you are based in the UK , but the light was in fact sent from China, please be honest.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as you know that due to Covid-19, our UK warehouse has been closed, we just can send out your order from our overseas warehouse with air express courier.

But as the impact of Covid-19 has diminished, we have resumed normal work and orders can be shipped from our UK warehouse now.

This chandelier is amazing, it is so beautiful. Very easy to install. Can hang multiple lengths to accommodate your spot. Package very well for shipment. I did receive this product free to review but would have said what I said if I had bought it, truly a beautiful product.
